Our course includes float systems, pre-flight inspection, evaluating wind and water conditions, engine start and shut down and propeller considerations, glassy and rough water take-off and landing, cross-wind take-off and landing, emergency landing, docking and beaching. The Kodiak is an excellent platform for turbine floatplane training. Courses include classroom and floatplane flight time in a location that has a wide-variety of water landing environments. Taught by instructors with in-depth knowledge of KODIAK abilities and limitations, the Parkwater floatplane training is certain to make you a skilled Kodiak floatplane pilot, ready for just about any situation.
